Unfortunately, there aren't any summer German programs in PHX. So I guess I'll have to resort to Rosetta Stone or something else awkward and cd-rom-esque; as well as renting lots of German films.
The visa process is confusing. And I'm not getting any help or support on the home front, not even financially (and isn't super-cheap). I would like to note, however, how lucky I am to be an American. It's so much easier, and it lots of cases cheaper, to go anywhere with U.S. citizenship.

Anyways - This Is Jakob. (look at those sheeps!)
I said before he was 3. I must have heard incorrectly. He will be 2 on the 6th of June.
I also just found out I will be spending a majority of October in Austria visiting with Emma's family and 'seeing ze sights'...
